InboxLens — Email Testing for Engineering Teams

1. What we collect

InboxLens collects your email address and workspace name at signup. We store email messages routed to your workspace inboxes for the duration of your retention period (3–7 days depending on plan). We collect API usage logs and aggregate analytics to operate the service.

2. How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide the InboxLens service — storing and serving email messages via the API and dashboard. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Data retention

Email messages are automatically deleted after your plan's retention period. Account data is retained until you delete your account. You can request deletion at any time by contacting privacy@neio.ai.

4. Security

Data is stored on infrastructure hosted within the European Union. All traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS. API keys are hashed at rest and never stored in plaintext after initial creation.

5. Third parties

InboxLens does not share your data with third-party advertising or analytics platforms. We use infrastructure providers (Azure) to operate the service and are bound by their data processing agreements.
