1. Acceptance
By accessing InboxLens you agree to these terms. If you are using InboxLens on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Permitted use
InboxLens is a developer tool for testing email delivery. You may use it to route and inspect test email messages generated by your applications. Use for routing production user email, unsolicited bulk email, or spam is prohibited.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not commit API keys to public source code repositories. Any activity through your account is your responsibility.
4. Service availability
InboxLens is provided on a best-effort basis during the private beta. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees as agreed in writing.
5. Limitation of liability
InboxLens is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
